Essentrics is a full-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching techniques to develop lean and strong muscles. The workout program is designed to improve posture, reduce tension, strengthen the back and help prevent slouching.

Dynamic Stretching • Personal Training


Essentrics is a low-impact, dynamic stretch workout using body weight to lengthen and strengthen from head to toe.


The workout balances our entire body, working all 650 muscles and conditions our bones, joints, and fascia.


Essentrics is excellent for men and women of all fitness levels, including Olympic athletes and chronic pain sufferers, and everyone in between.


What to Expect in An Essentrics Class


Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of ballet, Tai Chi and classical stretching techniques to help create a balanced body. Essentrics Stretch and strengthening program is aimed to improve posture, reduce back pain, and create long, lean, flexible muscles.


During an Essentrics class, we move dynamically to music. All work is done barefoot. There is minimal equipment required. You'll need a yoga mat, yoga block and yoga strap. Each class can vary and may focus on particular anatomy, for example, Feet and Ankle Mobility.

Poor posture and a weak core are two of the underlying causes of back pain — and it's often hard to avoid if you spend a lot of time behind a desk. So in every Essentrics class, we work on improving posture and core work.
