I like coaching because we build a rapport, and you, as my client, get to be involved in your change process. Creating a new lifestyle takes time, but as your coach, you have the freedom to make your choices and decisions.
I offer a comprehensive and effective 15-week weight loss program. It is not a diet but a lifestyle change. More importantly, it is affordable, and more importantly, I provide options for those who want a shorter program, say 12 weeks. All programs are designed for people who want to lose weight in a healthy, affordable, and sustainable way. The program is not restrictive. You can eat what you like!

Whether you have access to a gym or only to your home, I will design fun workouts to help you get the results you want. Most of my workouts will center around strength training, as these are the best workouts for weight loss and toning. You will also receive discounts so you can register for my yoga, barre and Essentrics workouts.
Journaling
You will be encouraged to journal your 15-week journey. Consider journaling as your additional emotional support. It will help you stay focused on your goals and help you to explore your emotions and triggers.
